It tracks patient referrals to SNF, home health, rehab, and hospice from “New” to “Admitted” or “Declined.”
A live dashboard shows KPIs, a status pipeline, and charts by care type, source hospital, and decline reasons.
I vibe-coded it with one tightly scoped prompt, then used small, targeted follow-ups instead of broad rewrites.
I seeded 40 fictional referrals so the dashboard looked live, and used fake data only since Replit isn’t HIPAA-compliant by default.
