- [Location Navigator for EVENTS](https://vibelab.in/sudar/location-navigator-for-events) — WAYPOINT is a Marvel hero-themed indoor event navigation app built for two types of users:

Organizers set up the venue by adding named locations — uploading photos, selecting a floor, choosing a category (Stage, Food, Registration, etc.), writing navigation directions, and dropping a pin on the floor map. Everything saves locally in the browser.

Attendees open the app and first pick a hero skin — Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Spider-Man, or Black Widow. Each skin transforms the entire UI: colors, glows, borders, and HUD labels shift to match that character. They then land on a tactical HUD map screen styled like a superhero heads-up display, with pulsing location pins on a dot-grid radar, floor tabs to switch levels, a search bar, and a right sidebar with quick-action buttons. Tapping any pin opens a detail view with the spot's photo, description, and turn-by-turn navigation note.
