- [Histomap — 4,000 years of world history](https://vibelab.in/siweima/histomap-4000-years-of-world-history) — I made Histomap. It shows 4,000 years of world history on a timeline.

Click a civilization to see its map and read its story. You do not need an account to view the timeline.

Sign in to rate a civilization’s power. Drag the edges of its block to change its width. Save your rating to include it in the community average. The timeline shows this average.

I bought a poster of The Histomap, designed by John B. Sparks and published by Rand McNally in 1931. It inspired me to build a community version, where the widths reflect many people’s views of power.

If you’re interested in history, I’d appreciate your feedback.
