DMCA & Copyright Policy

VibeLab respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects everyone who lists content on the Marketplace to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on VibeLab infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it — the listing URL is best.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

You can also report a listing in-product using the “Report stolen content” flag on any listing. A formal DMCA notice is still the fastest path to removal.

2. What we do with a valid notice

On receiving a complete, good-faith notice we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the creator who posted it.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; and your name, address, phone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

VibeLab terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of creators who are repeat infringers. Accounts that are terminated for infringement may be added to a ban list and prevented from publishing further listings.
