## Vibes

- [SupplyLens](https://vibelab.in/khamar/supplylens) — An SME enters a GSTIN. The backend verifies it, loads its purchases and builds a graph of products, suppliers, countries and shipping chokepoints. The UI shows that graph on a map.
Shock Dial: the user drags a shock, such as a Hormuz closure. A plain Python simulator recomputes cost, margin and risk instantly, with no LLM involved.
Agent: for a deeper analysis, a Claude-powered ReAct agent loops up to 8 times, calling Python tools (risk scoring, scenario sim, supplier ranking, cost) and reading the results. It then returns a validated answer, and every step streams live to the UI.
Data: everything is stored in SQLite. Prices, FX rates and news come from source adapters that read dummy seed files by default. Live APIs can be switched in later with DATA_MODE=live.
Alerts and sharing: a scheduler polls every 15 minutes, fires alert rules and sends simulated WhatsApp, email and SMS messages. Any result can become a shareable card and a public report link.
