I lead the experience design layer for internal communications and engagement at Olam Agri, shaping the strategy and roadmap for employee-facing tools and programs through journey mapping, planned touchpoints, and analytics-driven refinement. I shape how employees interact with tools, programs, and change initiatives inside large organisations.

- [Habito: Autonomous living, simplified.](https://vibelab.in/dsadiqkhan/habito-autonomous-living-simplified-2) — Habito is a concept app designed for flat owners in mid-sized apartment complexes (around 100 units), where hiring a full-service facility management company is often too expensive, and self-managed governance tends to slide into informal politics and opaque decision-making. Habito replaces that middle ground with direct owner control.

The app gives residents real-time visibility into the building's finances (separated operational and sinking funds), lets them approve maintenance budgets and vendor quotes, book shared facilities without committee gatekeeping, and vote, including e-voting for office-bearer elections, on decisions that affect everyone. A public decision log tracks anything a committee approves outside a formal vote, making informal power harder to exercise quietly. Practical additions like a defaulter/dues-aging dashboard, parking and vehicle registry, and asset register with AMC tracking close gaps found by auditing established players in this space (MyGate, ADDA, ApnaComplex, NoBrokerHood).

Rather than digitising the existing bureaucracy, Habito is built around one question: which decisions can genuinely be self-served by an individual owner, and which need visible, accountable group process? That distinction, not the interface is the real design problem.
